The UK Racing Clubs Discount Card was established in 2006 as the Northern Racing Discount Card and was expanded in Spring 2007 with a number of other racing clubs & syndicates joining the scheme allowing cardholders to enjoy discounts at a range of courses.

For 2008-9 we are happy for other racing clubs/syndicates to join the scheme - details are available via e mail at info@northernracingclub.com

The scheme is currently administered by Northern Racing Club.

Each participating course has agreed certain discounts at specified meetings as set out below - Unless specified otherwise below showing the card on entry is all that is required to obtain the discount.

The new cards are valid from 1st April 2008 until 31st March 2009.

For 2008-9 the following racecourses have agreed to participate in the scheme.

BANGOR ON DEE DISCOUNTS
Bangor offers cardholders £2 off the paddock enclosure on all our weekday meetings. The offer is only available for tickets bought on the day.

BRIGHTON DISCOUNTS
A £3 discount is available in the Premier Enclosure apart from the 6th-8th August meetings.

CARLISLE DISCOUNTS
Carlisle offer £3 off into the Premier Enclosure . There are no restrictions in terms of the race meetings, i.e. it applies at all fixtures.

CARTMEL DISCOUNTS
Cartmel offer a £3 discount on all days except Thursday July 17th (which is already a discounted race day). This applies to the Paddock Enclosure only.

CHEPSTOW DISCOUNTS
Chepstow offer a £3 discount in the Premier Enclosure.

CHESTER DISCOUNTS
Chester Racecourse’s offer will be £2 off Tattersalls and County Concourse on the following dates; Tuesday 10th June (Eve) Ladies Evening, Friday 29th August August Festival, Saturday 13th September Dee Festival, Saturday 27th September Summer Finale. The tickets can only be purchased on the day, upon production of the relevant card from the Box Office, and they are subject to availability.

HAYDOCK DISCOUNTS
Haydock offer £3 off the normal County Enclosure and Tattersalls entrance. This discount applies on all days with the exception of 24th May, 5th July, 9th Aug, 6th Sept, 22nd Nov.

HEREFORD DISCOUNTS
A £3 discount is available in the Grandstand enclosure.

HEXHAM DISCOUNTS
Hexham offer cardholders £3 off Club and Paddock entry at all midweek fixtures Hexham also ask cardholders to produce a voucher at the entrance as well - please click button at bottom of page to download a copy.

KEMPTON DISCOUNTS
Kempton offer a £5 discount at all meetings other than Dec 26th/27th. This covers paddock admission or general admission depending on the day. Upgrades are available Premier on dual enclosure days

LEICESTER DISCOUNTS
Leicester offer cardholders £3 of f an Enclosure badge on all 19 midweek fixtures. An Enclosure badge is the Grandstand and Premier Stand (formerly Belvoir Stand) combined

REDCAR DISCOUNTS
Redcar are pleased to accept our members cards on non feature racedays (10 days in total), with a discount of £3 off Grandstand admission (normally £12). Dates included are May 1st, 12th, 27th June 10th, 20th, July 30th, Sept 4th, 15th, 24th, Oct 17th.

UTTOXETER DISCOUNTS
£3 discount in the Premier Enclosure excluding March 15th nad 5th June meetings.

NB We are still in discussion with Northern Racing and some other courses thus the list may be expanded during the year. Please note the voucher (Hexham) will be updated shortly - it is not to be used at either Ascot or Newcastle for the time being.
